Signing Up Your Patients In currentcare

In the coming months, some of your patients may start asking about signing up in currentcare. Because consumers must voluntarily enroll before their health information begins to be available, currentcare is starting consumer enrollment prior to when providers will begin using the system.

Consumers can sign up by completing the currentcare Enrollment and Authorization Form at participating health care provider sites.

Encourage your patients to sign up in currentcare by making the Enrollment and Authorization Form available at your office or by accepting forms that have been downloaded and filled out by your patients.
