  • This policy establishes the process by which the RHIO will determine the appropriate level of notification to consumers and users if a security breach of currentcare occurs.

  • The purpose of this policy is to establish a process used by the RHIO to respond to any breach of security and/or confidentiality of protected health information in currentcare.
